The General Membership Luncheon is the largest and most well-attended of the Chamber’s monthly programs. It is the third Tuesday of every month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and is held at the Berry Center. We welcome about 175-200 Chamber members and potential new members. Sponsorship, market table and sound-off opportunities are available for this event. These opportunities are first come, first serve and sell quickly.
Sponsor will receive 4 admissions to the lunch; the company’s logo displayed on signs at all Luncheon tables; 8-ft. skirted display table for information; 2-3 minutes to speak at the podium; business logo on the PowerPoint presentation at the Luncheon. Your company will be mentioned in any news releases about the Luncheon and advertised on the weekly calendar and on our website.
First Responder Sponsor – $250 (one available)
Sponsorship includes 6 admissions to the lunch (2 for the sponsor and 4 for the first responder agency); the company’s logo displayed on sign at Luncheon table; business logo on the PowerPoint presentation at the Luncheon; company name listed as sponsor on the certificate or plaque; photo opportunity at the Luncheon with the honoree.
Sound Off – $35 (three available)
The Ambassador Committee sponsors a program known as Sound Off. You will receive 60 seconds to address the entire Luncheon audience. Reserve your “Sound-Off” early because there are only three offered at each Luncheon.
Market Table – $150 (three available)
Three businesses are provided a table at the Luncheon to hand out company brochures and information (includes one free lunch). Many businesses put a bowl on their table to collect business cards and then hold a drawing using only those cards.
Registration begins around 11:30 a.m. The Luncheon begins at noon and highlights new members, welcomes a speaker to discuss current news in Cy-Fair and offers networking opportunities.
